Het begrip grens speelt in mijn werk een belangrijke rol. Bij het maken word ik gegrepen door de transformatie van materiaal tot sculptuur. Staal-, aluminium-, messing- of koperdraad hamer, buig, hamer, haak en wikkel ik op zo’n manier dat transparante volumes ontstaan.
Spacing
The concept of boundary plays an important role in my work. When creating I am captivated by the transformation from material to sculpture. I hammer, bend, hammer, hook and wrap steel, aluminum, brass or copper wire in such a way that transparent volumes are created.
